Requirements for submitting a video:

• Video – use a smartphone camera, or webcam. If using a smartphone to record, please hold it horizontally. Ideally have someone else hold the phone to record so it is stable and focused directly on you.

• Audio – use a microphone (airpods, earbuds with microphone etc.) Avoid having a lot of background noise. Turn off any TV’s or radio’s around you.

• Location – Brightly light room or outside. If inside, do not stand in front of a window (facing a widow is fine). If outside, make sure it’s not windy and do not stand in direct sunlight.

• Duration – 60 secs max.

Please give your video a file name that contains your first and last name so it can be easily identified.
